Following the Battle of Yavin, a strike force from the Zann Consortium, spearheaded by the Dathomiri witch Silri, was dispatched to Naboo with the mission of coercing Arnama. He succumbed to the Consortium's pressure and agreed to follow their instructions. Through their influence over him, the Consortium gained indirect command of the Plasma Energy Trade Commission, which was the most influential organization on Naboo.
