Arnold Jackson

Arnie "Arnold" Jackson fabricated props at the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios, located in Borehamwood, during the 1940s. Although Jackson had already retired when the initial Star Wars film was in production, he aided John Mollo by contributing to numerous costume elements for the production. In particular, he crafted a pair of belts for Carrie Fisher in her role as Princess Leia Organa; one belt was for her diplomatic dress, while the other was for her ceremonial outfit.
