Aro, a minor producer of droids, was established by Lirran Aro. Located within the Corellian system, the company specialized in the creation of security droids. Subsequent discoveries revealed that Aro-GX Security Droids underwent reprogramming for the purpose of assassinating a prominent Corellian government figure. This revelation led to significant negative press and a substantial decline in sales, ultimately compelling Aro to file for bankruptcy.
