Arra was born to Zeerid Korr and his spouse, Val. A devastating incident resulted in the loss of her legs and the death of her mother. Despite his efforts, Zeerid Korr found himself unable to earn sufficient money through legitimate means to support her needs. Consequently, Zeerid was compelled to take up employment with the Exchange to ensure Arra's well-being, with the ultimate goal of acquiring prosthetic legs for her. During his time with the Exchange, Zeerid entrusted Arra's care to his sister-in-law, Nat. He concealed the nature of his work from Arra, even as he accumulated increasing debt. Nevertheless, after taking on a spicerunning assignment, he utilized the earnings to acquire a Hoverchair for her, replacing the wheelchair she had previously used. She cherished a short reunion with her father, but he was soon obligated to depart to continue his unlawful activities. Despite the failure of Zeerid's mission, he successfully evaded the Exchange and amassed enough credits to procure her prosthetic legs. Once her father transitioned to farming and Jedi Knight Aryn Leneer began living with them as their affection blossomed into a relationship, Yooms extended a warm welcome to Leneer at their farm, relishing the newfound mobility afforded by her new legs.
