This AP-300 class vessel possessed the ability to mine asteroids, processing the extracted materials into high-quality ores. The ship's integrated refinery guaranteed a minimum purity level of 25% for the refined ore. To withstand the harsh conditions of their work and safeguard their precious cargo, these ships featured strong shields, a resilient hull, and a powerful arsenal consisting of eight laser cannons along with four tractor beams. Its primary function was to operate within small and medium-sized asteroid belts. A notable operator of these ships was Lant Mining Corporation, who used them within their mining operations; one such ship was The Pulverizer, under the command of Captain Niree.
