Attie was a clone trooper in the Clone Wars, specifically a member of Torrent Company within the well-known 501st Legion.
During 22 BBY, Attie fought alongside Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex in both the Battle of Christophsis and the Battle of Teth. In the latter engagement, he aided General Skywalker and his new Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, to rescue a captured Huttlet. He ascended the cliff face, fought off a second Separatist assault, and freed himself and his fellow soldiers from the droids that held them captive. Only six clone troopers, including him, lived through the mission.
Attie, a male Human clone originating from the Wild Space world of Kamino, stood at a height of 1.83 meters and was a genetic duplicate of the bounty hunter Jango Fett.
The character of Attie made his debut appearance in the 2008 novelization of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars film, which was authored by Karen Traviss.
