The Sublight missile corvette represents a corvette-class vessel. It was engineered by the Axis powers, a group of worlds primarily controlled by Alsakan along the Perlemian Trade Route, as a defensive measure against incursions from the Republic.
Even though the sublight corvettes played a role in the successful defense of the Perlemian during the Seventeenth Alsakan Conflict, they were not the ultimate reason the conflict concluded.
