The final major engagement of the conflicts, known as the Seventeenth Alsakan Conflict, saw Coruscant, Alsakan, Corellia, and their respective allies pitted against one another. This seventeenth iteration of the conflict transpired in 3017 BBY, approximately fourteen thousand years following the first instance. During the course of this war, the Invincible-class Dreadnaught Heavy Cruiser was developed by the Republic; its design was ultimately influenced by the battle cruisers utilized by their adversaries.
Coruscant established a more robust industrial infrastructure to produce a fleet composed of swift battleships. This fleet was intended to overwhelm the warships belonging to the Axis powers, notably Alsakan and Corulag. The Axis responded by engaging in the mass production of fleets of Axis sublight missile corvettes to provide defense for the Perlemian worlds against Republic incursions. Amidst the escalating tensions from both factions, Corellia deployed long-range frigates to safeguard its own interests. Initially conceived as pickets for larger battleships, these frigates also integrated significant technological advancements into their construction. Such advancements encompassed enhanced engine performance, reinforced shielding capabilities, and potent turbolasers. The design of these frigates proved so advanced that they rendered the squadrons of massive battleships protecting Coruscant and Alsakan obsolete. Corellian privateer triumphs over the fleets of Coruscant and Alsakan culminated in a formal declaration of war against Corellia by the Republic. However, the Republic's forces were swiftly defeated by Corellia, and Prince-Admiral Jonash e Solo brought the conflict to a close by negotiating the Alsakan Conflicts peace treaty at Sword point on the floor of the Senate.
