Azarin

As a general within the Imperial Army, Azarin was in the service of the Galactic Empire. An unfortunate incident on the planet of Lafra resulted in Azarin's death. The incident involved a CSPL-12 projectile launcher. Subsequent inquiries determined that the root cause was not a defect in the weapon itself. Instead, the inquiry revealed that a soldier's failure to adequately clean and maintain the weapon led to a malfunction, causing the canister to ignite.
