Ballon was a Toydarian of the male gender. He existed in the early years of the Galactic Empire.
On the planet of Byrsym, Ballon operated as a seller of weapons, and he had business interactions with the resistance fighter known as Prince Torrin. Following an attack by the Galactic Empire on the planet Daimar, a group of people departed Daimar with the goal of finding Torrin. These individuals encountered Ballon, alongside his employees Sskal and Tarula, at the bar called Emthuul's. They requested that Ballon get in touch with Torrin, to determine if the prince would agree to a conversation. Not long after this, Ballon was taken into custody by the Galactic Empire. During questioning, the Toydarian revealed information to the Imperials that enabled them to locate Torrin.
