The conflict known as the Battle of Ithor took place in the location of Tafanda Bay during the year 0 ABY. A rebellion, spearheaded by Momaw Nadon, was launched against the Imperial forces stationed there, which briefly terminated the Galactic Empire's control over the planet Ithor.
