Belina
Belina, a former romantic interest of Wedge Antilles, was someone he knew during his formative years. During their time spent on Tatooine, she and Wedge shared numerous evenings together. While stranded on Hoth alongside Wes Janson, Wedge would often reflect on Belina and the wonderful moments they shared, attempting to distract himself from the feeling of being alone. Regrettably, these recollections only amplified Wedge's feelings of sadness.
Behind the scenes
Given the questionable reliability of this narrative and the conflicting origin story provided for Wedge in Star Wars (1977) 78, the true existence of Belina remains uncertain, potentially being a mere invention of Wedge's storytelling. The claim that Wedge supposedly encountered Belina while growing up on Tatooine, despite his actual origins being on Corellia, strongly suggests the latter possibility.
