Bemos

Bemos functioned as a Moff within the Imperial Remnant's Moff Council. During 19 ABY, he was present at a gathering of the Council alongside Imperial Supreme Commander Gilad Pellaeon, which took place on Bastion, the Imperial capital planet situated in the Outer Rim Territories.

Following Pellaeon's proposition to establish a peace agreement with the New Republic, both Moff Andray and Bemos initially took the supreme commander's suggestion as a jest. Bemos stated that the Empire would never surrender, expressing his conviction that the Empire was not obligated to take any action, due to his perception that internal conflicts within the New Republic would inevitably cause its downfall. After a duration of one hour, the meeting concluded, and Bemos, along with the other Moffs, consented to surrender, handing over their credentials to Pellaeon. Ultimately, the supreme commander formalized a peace treaty with the Republic. During this assembly on Bastion, Moff Bemos was observed wearing a prominent codoran ring on his hand.
