Andray
A male being named Andray held the position of Moff within the Imperial Remnant, controlling one of its last eight sectors situated in the Outer Rim towards the close of the Galactic Civil War. In the year 19 ABY, he attended a gathering at Moff Disra's residence on the planet of Bastion, the Imperial seat of power. During this meeting, Supreme Commander Gilad Pellaeon outlined his strategy for initiating peace negotiations with the New Republic to the assembled Moffs. Following the meeting's conclusion, Andray offered his support, albeit reluctantly, for the proposed peace talks.
Biography
Serving as a Moff, Andray, a male, oversaw one of the Imperial Remnant's final eight sectors located in the Outer Rim Territories. He also was a member of the Moff Council, the governing body of the Imperial Remnant, as the Galactic Civil War drew to a close. In 19 ABY, he participated in a meeting with the other remaining Moffs within the conference chamber of Moff Disra's palace on the Imperial capital world of Bastion. At this meeting, Supreme Commander Gilad Pellaeon detailed his intentions to commence peace discussions with the New Republic. Upon hearing Pellaeon's plan, Andray initially thought it was a joke, but continued to listen alongside the other Moffs. Moff Bemos posited that the New Republic would eventually collapse on its own given enough time, a sentiment with which Andray concurred. While Pellaeon agreed that the New Republic's collapse was inevitable, he also believed that it would ensure the destruction of the remaining Empire forces first.
After the meeting extended for over an hour, it came to an end, and Andray, along with the other Moffs, reluctantly consented to back the peace negotiations. Furthermore, the Moffs furnished Pellaeon with their credentials, which he later presented to Ambassador Leia Organa Solo of the New Republic. Pellaeon's determined advocacy for peace talks culminated in the signing of the Pellaeon–Gavrisom Treaty peace agreement. He signed the treaty with Chief of State Ponc Gavrisom of the New Republic, marking the official conclusion of the Galactic Civil War.
