Ber'asco

Ber'asco held the title of Prophet of the Void, serving as the leader of the Charon Death Cult, whose core tenet was that the complete annihilation of all life in the cosmos would usher in a state of ultimate enlightenment. Furthermore, he commanded the starship known as the Desolate.

A formidable combatant, his physical resilience was significantly augmented through enhancements to his body armor performed by his team of bioscientists. As his power grew, he progressively embraced the conviction that he was the Final Prophet, predestined to eradicate all existence, thereby enabling the Charon to achieve oneness with the Void. Despite eliminating all non-Charon life within otherspace, he remained without answers until the arrival of the Rebel Alliance transport, the Celestial. Upon seizing the vessel, he discovered the existence of another dimension overflowing with life, and he resolved to venture into this new realm and obliterate it, thus truly fulfilling the objective of the Charon Death Cult.

He gained considerable knowledge from Grand Moff Ravik, who enlightened him regarding the realm of realspace. Ber'asco permitted the Humans to live, trading their existence for entry into this uncharted dimension. Although Alliance operatives foiled his initial attempt, he managed to survive, prompting his bioscientists to modify the Desolate, granting it the capability to traverse realspace. When Ber'asco established a connection with the ship's computer, Ravik's consciousness launched an assault and seized control of the Charon leader's physical form. To ensure his survival, Ber'asco commandeered the body of Bane Nothos and allied himself with Alliance soldiers in their endeavor to defeat Ravik, who had effectively usurped control of the Charon invasion force. Wielding his newly acquired superior Charon body in battle, Ravik crushed Bane Nothos's body, resulting in the deaths of both the Human and Ber'asco, but not before Ravik incurred a mortal wound.
