Biggs, the offspring of King Kayos and Queen Breha of Aquilae, was a prince, and also the brother of Windy and Leia. Leia was his sister.
Windy and Biggs came to know of Leia's plans to depart from their home planet. They then notified their father, encouraging him to bid her farewell before she left.
