Biko was a Rodian of the male gender, existing in the final years of the Galactic Republic.
Living on the planet Cularin, Biko, by the time he reached the age of fourteen, had joined a small group comprised of himself, Naja Delan, Oora Gellandi, and Meera Lisso. While in the platform city known as Bayonard, the gang overheard a squad from the Thaereian military talking about their scheme to assassinate the diplomat Gavid Lermyn. Although they did not initially grasp the importance of this overheard conversation, Biko and his companions later aided the Heroes of Cularin in preventing the planned death of Lermyn.
