Black behemoth

Dark giants, native to Veron, were territorial hunters, reaching lengths of four meters and standing two meters tall at the shoulder. Each giant maintained its own territory, possessing detailed knowledge of every tree, water source, and vine within its boundaries. Though typically outpaced by most other fauna, these giants frequently preyed on creatures ensnared by overhanging vines or branches. A significant portion of their time was dedicated to lying in wait. Upon detecting potential sustenance, a dark giant would instantly become active and begin its pursuit.
