During the time of the Cold War, the syndicate known as Black Sun ran an unsanctioned medical facility. At this facility, they performed surgical procedures to modify the appearances of various offenders. The Coruscant Security Force, spearheaded by the endeavors of Officer Stansun, launched multiple initiatives to close the facility and acquire a manifest of the criminals who underwent the procedures, along with their altered visages.
