A blackdock is defined as a space station designed for the maintenance of warships. Historical documents from the Chiss Ascendancy indicate that the Lioaoin Regime's primary heartworld had at least one blackdock facility positioned in a high orbit. The Chiss capital planet, Csilla, was serviced by Csilla Blackdock Two.
