Blue scorpions, a species of scorpion, were originally from Eiram. The protective dome largely prevented them from entering Erasmus Capital City, although smaller individuals occasionally managed to bypass it. Upon reaching adulthood, these scorpions developed a venomous nature.
The initial appearance of the blue scorpion occurred in the 2022 novel titled Convergence, authored by Zoraida Córdova. This novel was a component of Phase II within the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia initiative.
