Bolmas, reptilian creatures, originated from Dathomir. These animals typically congregated and fed in groups. While usually gentle, older male bolmas sometimes exhibited aggressive behavior. Their biological makeup closely mirrored that of a dewback, with the exceptions of small spikes on their shoulders and shortened eye stalks. Although primarily found on Dathomir, bolmas also inhabited the forest moon of Endor.
The massively multiplayer online roleplaying game Star Wars Galaxies, developed by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts, featured bolmas. The game was released in 2003 and shut down on December 15, 2011. Bolmas appeared in this video game.
