Docile mount creatures called Brackasets inhabited the planet Dathomir. They bore a striking resemblance to the falumpaset found on Naboo. Nevertheless, they are recognized as a separate species due to the armored plating-like appearance of their skin folds.
Brackasets possessed the ability to be tamed and subsequently ridden as a means of transport.
Brackasets were featured in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and brought to the public by LucasArts before the game shut down on December 15, 2011. With the launch of "Publish 4" on November 13, 2003, players gained the ability to craft Brackasets as mounts. This functionality was taken out of the game when "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," was released on November 15, 2005. However, it was ultimately brought back with the "Chapter 6" update, which went live on May 22, 2007.
