Bravo Rising, an allied resistance group, was formed on the planet Atterra Bravo with the purpose of opposing the First Order. In the time of the First Order-Resistance War, the First Order enforced a blockade of the Atterra system, stealing fuel and minerals while severing all communication and travel between the sister worlds of Atterra Bravo and Atterra Alpha. Bravo Rising possessed a limited fleet comprised of starfighters and transport ships, which they used to conduct supply missions between the two planets. Due to shortages of fuel, food, weaponry, potable water, and medical supplies, the rebels sought assistance from the Resistance.
