Bren, a human, held the rank of Jedi Initiate within the Jedi Order throughout the High Republic Era. As one of the new younglings from the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, he was taken to the world of Tenoo. He once ran away from Tenoo, hoping to get back to Coruscant, but he ended up at Yarrum Tower, which was a pirate stronghold. He was briefly friends with the pirate Clave Rollek, but then he assisted Kai Brightstar, another Jedi initiate, in preventing Rollek from stealing the shuttle known as the Crimson Firehawk.
