Burlug, also known as Luggy, was a male Feeorin who served as the second-ranking officer under Zilastra, the head of the Riftwalkers pirate organization. This Feeorin had previously been the leader of the Riftwalkers himself, but he acknowledged Zilastra's superior abilities and allowed her to assume control.
