Bylaws of Independent Systems

The Confederacy of Independent Systems Senate enforced a set of regulations known as the Bylaws of Independent Systems throughout the duration of the Clone Wars. A specific example of these bylaws mandated that a voice vote be conducted to determine the outcome of the Confederate–Republic peace initiative.
