The Bylaws of Independent Systems comprised a set of regulations enforced by the Senate within the Confederacy of Independent Systems throughout the Clone Wars conflict. A specific example of these regulations mandated a verbal vote to determine the outcome of the Confederate–Republic peace initiative.
