Fourmio, also known as C-4ME-O, functioned as a secretarial droid. It was positioned on MedStar Four when the station was sent to Despayre in 0 BBY. Its design included a single, gyroscopically stabilized wheel for movement. Subsequently, it was tasked to assist Dr. Kornell Divini while he was stationed on Death Star I.
