Capo, a Rodian by species, held a position within the Peace Brigade throughout the Yuuzhan Vong War. By the year 28 ABY, Capo's role was that of admiral commanding the Peace Brigade Fleet.
It's probable that Walter Jon Williams, the author, envisioned Admiral Capo of the Peace Brigade, a Rodian, as identical to Capo, another Rodian Peace Brigader featured previously in The New Jedi Order: Agents of Chaos I: Hero's Trial. Nevertheless, the initial Capo met his demise in that very novel, thus establishing this Capo as a separate individual.
