Cartel Central comprised a collection of offices situated within the city of Joventusek found on the planet of Caarimon, functioning as the operational center for the Metatheran Cartel. In the time of the Clone Wars, two Caarites, namely Jyll Xon and Patla Soo, were employed at these offices.
