Cell network

A cell network referred to a clandestine operation conducted by Alliance Intelligence on a specific planet. Typically, this operation was overseen by a case officer situated at Sector Headquarters, while a network leader and several area coordinators managed the day-to-day activities. Most cell members were local inhabitants who lived ordinary lives as regular people with families and employment during the day, but transformed into rebels during the night. Usually, those in the cell network did not know the identities of their fellow operatives, at most being familiar with three other individuals, such as those in their own cell, or the cell directly above or below them in the hierarchy.
