Gunboat
A gunboat represented a class of starship. A mercenary attack targeting a Schenor research station was aided by an Imperial gunboat. The Corporate Sector Authority utilized a gunboat throughout their invasion of the Kalinda system.
Behind the scenes
Across numerous Polish versions, the terms Gunship and Blastboat are both rendered as kanonierka (Gunboat). This obscures the differences in these translations between LAAT-esque vessels and the GAT-12 Skipray Blastboat (a powerful starfighter).
