A food merchant by the name of Grendle offered these for sale from his stall, situated in proximity to the Mos Espa Grand Arena. Furthermore, chokie was shipped to Coruscant, where a Roonan merchant sold it at CorusMall, located close to the Senate Building.
Qui-Gon Jinn had the option to request a box of chokie from Grendle while on Tatooine; alternatively, he could inquire about a thermal detonator, which would lead Grendle to point him towards Anabar, another seller who could provide the detonator.
