Chokie
A package of chokie is displayed on Tatooine.
Chokie represented a widely consumed food item, packaged and retailed on the desert planet of Tatooine. Its preparation involved harvesting fresh chokie, followed by a three-day drying process within the expansive Dune Sea. A food merchant by the name of Grendle offered these for sale from his stall, situated in proximity to the Mos Espa Grand Arena. Furthermore, chokie was shipped to Coruscant, where a Roonan merchant sold it at CorusMall, located close to the Senate Building.
History
Qui-Gon Jinn had the option to request a box of chokie from Grendle while on Tatooine; alternatively, he could inquire about a thermal detonator, which would lead Grendle to point him towards Anabar, another seller who could provide the detonator.
In the event that Qui-Gon eliminated Grendle before completing a purchase, a box of chokie would materialize for him to acquire. Conversely, if he killed Grendle after already acquiring the box, he would instead leave behind a solitary piece of chokie.
Once Qui-Gon had secured a box of chokie, he could then present it to an Ishi Tib, though he would not receive anything in exchange.
