Sorzus Syn's chronicle
Sorzus Syn's chronicle represents a historical record maintained by Sorzus Syn, a member of the Jen'jidai. This record primarily details the evolution leading to the establishment of the Order of the Sith Lords, along with the ancestral background of the Sith Purebloods tracing back to the First Great Schism.
History
During her time in power, Sorzus Syn penned this chronicle, recounting the journey of herself and her fellow Jen'jidai exiles to Korriban. This document eventually made its way into the Jedi Archives, where Jedi Masters such as Mace Windu and Yoda added their annotations. Upon reading about Ziost, Mace speculated that the Sith Obi-Wan defeated on Naboo may have originated from that planet, leading him to dispatch a Jedi (possibly Quinlan Vos) for investigation. He was also intrigued by Sorzus Syn's suggestion that the Sith Purebloods might be diluting their bloodline through interbreeding, potentially leading to their extinction. Later, Palpatine acquired the chronicle shortly after the creation of his Galactic Empire. He found it within the Jedi Archives at the newly destroyed Jedi Temple on Coruscant and incorporated it into the Book of Sith, adding his own insights. These included the revelation that the Sith holocrons Windu mentioned were actually fabricated as a form of disinformation planted by the Sith. In 24 ABY, Luke Skywalker discovered the Book of Sith on Wayland. After reading it, he added his own notes, confirming Syn's account of sensing a rush of wind and an electrical discharge at locations of Sith power, based on his experience at the Temple of the Blueleaf Cluster on Yavin 4.
