This specific adaptation achieved approval from the Imperial forces. A key alteration involved swapping the original cockpit for a more robust version capable of accommodating two pilots working together. Furthermore, the hull was reshaped for improved hydrodynamics, incorporating extra shielding within the wings; the standard weapon was exchanged for a top-mounted turret, but the T-47's signature harpoon was still an option.
