Concussive absorbing material was a physical substance that could be integrated into garments. Certain items in Queen Padmé Amidala's collection of clothing, circa 32 BBY, incorporated this material; one of the Naboo Royal Handmaidens fashioned protective headbands from it amidst the Invasion of Naboo.
