Constanten was a Jedi Knight of the female persuasion who was a member of the Jedi Order in the waning years of the Galactic Republic.
Constanten, a woman with an affinity for the Force, underwent rigorous training within the Jedi Order to hone her abilities. She eventually proved herself worthy by successfully completing her Trials of Knighthood, thereby earning the esteemed title of Jedi Knight. While serving the Republic, Constanten found herself stationed on the world of Cularin. It was there that she performed a heroic act, saving the life of a Tarasin. This act of bravery resonated so deeply with the Tarasin woman that she chose to name her child Constanten, as a tribute to the Jedi's valor.
