The Council of Chieftains represented an assembly where the inherited chieftains from the various Eklaad tribes, residing on the planet Sirpar, would gather. Their purpose was to resolve conflicts arising among the tribes and to strategize collaborative endeavors. Since the Empire's arrival on Sirpar and the subsequent creation of numerous Imperial Army training bases, the Council of Chieftains had ceased to meet.
