Council of Moffs

The group known as the Council of Moffs represented a unified assembly of Moffs serving within the structure of the Galactic Empire. Its establishment was ordered by the Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine after the execution in 14 BBY of Dodd Rancit, the traitorous Vice Admiral who directed the Naval Intelligence Agency.
