The Crying Room existed as a cellar deep beneath Château Malreaux on the world of Vjun, a planet. Its walls were adorned with carvings of roses and thorns that appeared real. The Viscount's wives would use this room to lament the sadness of their existences.
While Jedi Grand Master Yoda was on a mission to Vjun, Padawans Whie Malreaux and Scout were captured in this very room by the Dark Jedi Asajj Ventress. Ventress attempted, but failed, to sway Whie to embrace the dark side. Just as she was prepared to kill the Padawans, they were saved by the opportune arrival of Solis, a FIII Footman droid from Tac-Spec.
