Crystal garden

A carefully cultivated deposit of mineral crystals, known as a crystal garden, was nurtured by a member of the Laboi species on their planet, Laboi II. During the extended night of their homeworld, these serpentine beings would use either stir-sticks or their inherent telepathic abilities to manipulate the molten minerals found naturally, organizing them into structured gardens as they solidified.
