Cure Poison, alternatively named Detoxify Poison, represented a Force power rooted in the Control aspect, enabling a Force-user to eliminate poisons or expel them from their system far more rapidly than naturally feasible. Furthermore, it possessed the capability to purify their body of alcohol, enabling the user to maintain sobriety despite consuming considerable quantities of the beverage. Generally, the power demanded sustained focus from the practitioner and was confined to neutralizing the immediate and subsequent consequences of toxins within the body; prior injuries remained unhealed.

In a confrontation with Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett, Count Dooku employed this ability to purge himself of the Karatos Plague that Fett had utilized to poison him. Cade Skywalker leveraged this power to withstand the effects of the Ixetal cilona administered by Darth Maladi. Subsequently, Maladi remarked that the power bore resemblance to abilities wielded by the Sith.
