Dal Perhi, a Human male of diminutive stature, served as an envoy for Black Sun residing on Coruscant in the time leading up to the Battle of Naboo. Possessing a well-built physique and a single braid extending down his back, he eventually ascended to the rank of Vigo two years following the Battle of Naboo. Ultimately, he achieved the paramount position within Black Sun, becoming its underlord.
The character Dal Perhi, an officer in Black Sun, made his first appearance in Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter. More than ten years later, Evasive Action: Prey mentions a leader of Black Sun named Perhi. It has been verified by Leland Chee that these two characters are, in fact, one and the same.
