He was the progenitor of Gara Petothel and was married to Edallia Monotheer. Functioning as an operative for Imperial Intelligence, he served under Armand Isard, the Director of Imperial Intelligence. Eventually, both he and his wife faced execution for leaking data to an anti-Imperial group on Chandrila, despite neither of them being affiliated with the Rebel Alliance.
