Mipps reported on happenings within Esseles and the connection to the blockade of Ralltiir. Furthermore, she provided coverage of Esseles' political climate following the rawmat shortage of 1–2 ABY, notably including the Esselian Hall election which transpired during the New Year Fete Week of 2 ABY.
Driven by a desire to reveal an Imperial scheme involving the covert manipulation of non-Humans into staging "riots" as a pretext for increasing security taxes, Mipps enlists a group of Rebels and secretly records the meeting.
