Deep caverns
The deep caverns represent a collection of subterranean chambers. These chambers were situated within the Tomb, which is a venerable penal institution erected by the Rakata on the world of Belsavis. One could gain entry through Frozencavern Canyon. During the invasion of Belsavis, the Esh-kha race infested these caverns, and Devlin's troops, under his command as Captain, were imprisoned there.
Behind the scenes
Within Star Wars: The Old Republic, a computer game, the deep caverns are depicted as an area within the Tomb on Belsavis. They serve as the setting for the Republic quest titled "Riot."
