A government representative from Sacorria, who was a Human male, acted as the parent, more specifically the father, of Devidia Vennsiol. He let Devidia do whatever she wanted without much discipline while she was growing up, indulging her every whim. She rapidly mastered the art of manipulating boys using her charm and beauty. This drove her father crazy, so he enrolled her in military school when she was a teenager. However, Devidia gained almost nothing from her time at the school, and her behavior did not improve. Ultimately, she and her boyfriend, Dorbus Kyrullus, infiltrated a Safidine Industries lab and absconded with a number of experimental blaster pistols. As a consequence, a bounty was issued for her capture.
