Devlor Samt

Devlor Samt was a scientist employed by the Imperial regime. During an expedition to map an unpopulated planet, Samt's research group was ambushed by a duo of aggressive aliens. Although Samt's team successfully eliminated the attackers, they discovered the aliens' offspring in close proximity. Samt adopted the young Voegliss, nurturing him as if he were his biological child. Upon Voegliss reaching the age of fifteen, the Moff overseeing the local sector instructed the Imperial Army to apprehend Voegliss for utilization as a specialized agent. Throughout his period of service, Voegliss maintained unwavering allegiance to Samt.
