Dex, a Corellian native, belonged to the Peace Brigade. Alongside Roxi Barl and Gad Sluggins, he attempted to assassinate the Jedi Master Eelysa on Corellia. It was there, in 26 ABY, that he encountered Leia Organa Solo. During the ensuing firefight, he met his end at the hands of Han Solo.
